Located in Calgary, EMCOR is family-owned and operated and a part of the Simonelli Group of Companies.
35 years ago we honed our skills as a steel building manufacturer. We are now an experienced, industrial real estate development and construction firm – committed to always meeting and exceeding expectations with our custom building design and construction process.
We are green field developers of four industrial business parks located in southeast Calgary and Rocky View County. We have constructed, and are landlords of, our own industrial facilities in three of these parks, with close to a million square feet under management.
One of our latest development projects is Rocky Mountain Film Studios, an expansive purpose-built film production studio with multiple sound stages and production support facilities. It is now home to Alberta's largest sound stage – built to attract larger local and International film, television and commercial productions.
We are firmly rooted in Calgary and are committed to the community’s continued business diversification, growth and development.

OUR INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENTS
Our greenfield industrial business park developments were designed and developed over the last 25 years. They range in size from 25 to 600 acres and have been constructed both within the City of Calgary and in Rock View County. Local conditions have presented many different and exciting challenges, in one park in particular we have created our own Utility company to provide municipal style water services where none were available before. All while participating in local municipal and County local area improvements.
